April showers bring May flowers! But, with our early rains, I see flowers on all the hillsides.
What’s coming for us in April? Well, this first weekend, the Pacific + Main Creative Workspace is hosting a free ART & ALE Event.
Come by, say ‘hi’ and sign up for our upcoming art events where we provide all the supplies and refreshments and you create art within the studio. Best of all, we clean up the mess. 🙂
March in review. I was invited to paint with some lovely young women at the Two Trees Church in Ventura. This afternoon session was open and free flowing. Given supplies, the girls set out without much hesitation to create their works of art. I love how individuality springs forth so quickly. Some preferred sketched drawings and filling in lines with paint while another dripped paint on their hand and mashed canvases together. It was fun and I look forward to doing it again!
